Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
We understand that plans change. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 24 - 72 hours of delivery are eligible for a 50% refund or store credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery are non-refundable.
Rental Period Changes
If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the standard daily/weekly rate. Early returns do not qualify for a partial refund.
Damaged or Missing Items
All totes and equipment are inspected before delivery. You are responsible for returning all items in the same condition they were received. Damaged or missing items will be charged at the following rates:
- Missing or unreturnable tote: $35 per tote
- Damaged lid or handle: $15 per item
- Lost dolly/moving equipment: $120
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
