1. Local Delivery Only
FW Totes LLC provides local delivery and pickup services only. We do not ship orders via postal carriers. All rentals are delivered directly to your location and picked up by our team at the end of your rental period.
2. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver within 45 miles of Churubusco, IN (46723). Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on your address. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, you will not see a delivery option at checkout. To inquire about delivery to areas outside our standard zones, contact us at sarahbell@fwtotes.com.
3. Delivery Scheduling
Delivery dates and time windows are selected at the time of booking. We will confirm your delivery window via email or phone. A responsible adult (18+) must be present to receive the delivery.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our location and are displayed at checkout before payment is collected. Fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.
5. Pickup
Pickup is scheduled at the time of booking for the end of your rental period. Please ensure all items are consolidated and accessible at the time of pickup. If our team is unable to complete pickup due to access issues, a rescheduling fee of $50 may apply.
6. Delays
We make every effort to deliver on time. In the event of unforeseen delays (weather, vehicle issues, etc.), we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. FW Totes LLC is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
